I'm compelled to leave a 1-star review after an extremely disheartening experience with this supplier on Alibaba.com. Our ordeal began when I ordered protective films that, upon arrival, clearly did not match the advertised specifications for the phone models they were meant for. Despite providing exhaustive evidence, including videos and photographs showing the mismatch, the resolution was deeply unsatisfactory.
Initially, we were only able to secure a 300 EUR refund from the supplier for a purchase that cost us 1015 EUR. Following continued dispute resolution efforts, Alibaba.com generously stepped in to offer an additional 300 EUR as a complementary refund, acknowledging the seller's refusal to provide a full refund.
This experience has been not only financially draining but also incredibly time-consuming and frustrating. The seller's post-purchase removal of the product listing further raises concerns about their business integrity and accountability.
I advise caution.

This buyer is really a cheater. He bought 37 different models tempered cell phone screens,total amount USD1015.63 .Then he sent videos of 3 models, saying that there were size problems, and the total cost was 90 US dollars. However, he said that all products had problems, and he had to pay the full 1,015.63 US dollars, so we rejected this feeble request and asked him to provide other products with problems. If he provided the video, Alibaba would definitely let us refund the entire amount, but it would only pay 300 US dollars, and then Alibaba would advance 300 US dollars itself. Alibaba did this entirely out of care for the buyer, so we also advise caution!
